What data we collect
When you sign up for my list (form below the articles and on the Stay in the loop page) we collect your first name, last name, email address and what you are interested in (business, coaching professionals or both). We also store which page you signed up on and when you confirmed your sign-up.
When you contact me by email, phone or the contact form, we store your message and our reply. Sending a message does not sign you up for the newsletter.
When you book an introduction or Enneagram discovery call, this happens through Calendly. Calendly processes your name, email address and the appointment details for this.
If you request the free guide on the separate request page (trust.9gram.business), the privacy statement on that page applies.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics services on this website. If we do so later, we will update this statement and ask for your consent beforehand.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To send you emails with freebies, tips and opportunities around leadership, teams, coaching and the Enneagram, at your request. You give consent by completing the form and confirming your sign-up. You can unsubscribe with one click in every email and withdraw your consent at any time.
- To answer your question and to schedule and hold an introduction with you (at your request).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do work with parties that process data for us, under a data processing agreement or that party’s standard terms:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
- Convex: stores our customer database (your contact details, interests, consent and which emails we sent you). This data is stored on servers in the United States (US East region, Northern Virginia).
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Calendly: schedules appointments.
Some of these parties are based in the United States. Transfers then take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not store anything about you. Calendly may place technical cookies of its own to make its service work.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you are a contact of 9gramBusiness, until you ask us to erase it or you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we only keep the fact that you unsubscribed, so that we do not email you again. Sign-ups that have not been confirmed are stored as unconfirmed and we do not email them. Messages you send us are kept for a maximum of three years after our last contact.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing, or to take a copy with you. You may withdraw your consent at any time and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email natacha@9gram.coach. We answer within one month.
Not satisfied? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top will change.
