I am Natacha Ciezkowski - Professional Certified Coach, Enneagram specialist and passionate rebel in the world of leadership and organisational development.
What drives me? Not ‘optimising’ people or teams, but making visible the deeper drivers, blind spots and sources of strength that are essential for sustainable leadership and meaningful growth.
No tone-of-voice training. No plasters on culture wounds. But with radical clarity, embodied self-knowledge and a non-dual view of personality.
I work with HR professionals, leaders and founders who feel: we want more than tools or programmes that stay on the surface.
They look for real transformation, in their people and in their culture. They want leaders who do not perform from a role but resonate from essence. Teams that do not merely ‘collaborate’ but dare to build on trust, truth and impact.
My approach? No one-size-fits-all leadership model. I work with the Enneagram as a system for deep insight into personality, dynamics and lines of development. I bring clarity to patterns that often stay invisible: avoidance, control, conflict, over-responsibility, people-pleasing. Individually and collectively.
What I offer are not standard interventions. They are experiences that help leaders, teams and organisations realign with who they truly want to be.
Not through optimisation, but through re-membering. I call it Pure Gold. The original strength beneath all layers.

People fascinate me. Not only who they seem to be on the outside, but above all the real person behind the mask, beyond social expectations. What drives you? What fulfils you? What truly switches you on? And how do you want to contribute in this life? I believe there is a unique path for everyone. To find it, you want to re-member your natural, authentic self.
I hold the title of ICF Professional Certified Coach with a Master in Communication Sciences (cum laude) and certifications in the Enneagram (IES & Russ Hudson), NLP, Systemic Work, Leadership and Team Coaching. The Enneagram is the solid, reliable foundation of all my work, supporting individuals, leaders and (management) teams in small companies and large organisations alike.
As a passionate Enneagram trainer I joined the faculty of Integrative Enneagram Solutions in 2018 and founded my own Dutch-language 9gram Community of Practice. I also offer the ‘Coach the Enneagram Coach’ programme and Enneagram Mentor Coaching for professionals. I love combining the Enneagram with NLP and developing new tools for personal growth. I am currently building a solid toolbox of Enneagram exercises to support other Enneagram coaches in their work.
With years of experience working with the Enneagram, I delve into the endless triadic dynamics of the system. I use its depth, power and possibilities to guide my clients step by step towards more freedom, with clear development strategies. My mission is to show people the difference between Essence and personality, and how we often limit ourselves by identifying with what we think we are. I like to call myself an Enneagram Evangelist, because I use the Enneagram daily to help people be more present in body, heart and mind.
Besides my expertise in coaching and personal development, I am also a source of creativity, inspiration and motivation. I help people unlock their unique potential and use their creative power. With 20 years of experience in creative writing, brand strategy and creative direction in persuasive communication and advertising (LDV/Bates, BBDO, Ogilvy), and twenty years of entrepreneurship with projects in various sectors (communication, food and 3D printing & scanning), I bring a wealth of insight in creative problem solving and strategic vision. My career began in research (VTM) and communication strategy as a teaching assistant at the Centre for Marketing & Communication Research (VUB). Thanks to my languages (Dutch, English and French) I can switch effortlessly between audiences and help people achieve breakthroughs in both their professional and personal lives.
